This cake was a custom made 8″ chocolate mud cake to suit around 20 people. It was layered with chocolate ganache filling and covered in fondant and gumpaste decorations. Can be made in your choice of flavours and fillings. Whilst this cake was made with a female in mind, colour changes and different flowers can be changed to suit a keen male gardener.

Fifties Pink Surprise Birthday Cake

A rich moist fruit cake covered in shimmering white ivory rolled fondant and trimmed with a wide silk pink ribbon. The top of the cake is decorated with sugarcrafted shimmering pink ribbons and hearts on silver wires. This cake is suited to around 40 guests.

Springtime Affair

This double layered butter cake filled with a lemon buttercream is covered using a white rolled fondant and decorated throughout with pale yellow cornelli work. The edges of the heart shaped cake are covered with white daisies and an heart shaped scroll with the recipients name is set in the middle of the cake. A real treat for any age. It serves approximately 40 people, but the size can be reduced or increased.

Apricot Dreams

A rich fruit cake covered in white chocolate icing coloured the palest apricot. The frangipanis and filler flowers are set diagonally interspersed with sugarcrafted apricot ribbons. The greeting is coloured silver as a soft contrast to the rest of the cake’s decoration. This was made for a 70th but can be made for almost all ages.
