Recipes for wedding cakes include rich dark fruit, boiled fruit, dark and/or white chocolate mud cakes, filled sponges, red velvet, butter and pound cakes in various flavours and a number of sour cream cakes. Add to that your own recipe that you may want to share with your guests the list is infinite.
Fillings are as generous as the host desires, from hazelnut mouse, jams, chocolate or butter cream and any number of other decadent fillings are at hand for your selection.

Rhapsody in Rose Wedding Cake
A three tiered white chocolate mud cake set on pillars and surrounded by crimson red handmade sugar roses. The final tier topped with 12 sugar roses and white and silver sugarcrafted hearts. This particular size serves approximately 120 guests.
Ribbon Magic
This three tiered double layered wedding cake was originally made with dark chocolate mud cake. The cake was covered in a white chocolate rolled fondant and decorated with two contrasting ribbons and decorated on the top tier with ribbons and sugarcrafted white flowers. Seaside Bliss Wedding Cake
A two tiered chocolate mud cake covered in rolled fondant and decorated with handmade sugarcrafted seashells and frangipanis. This cake served approximately 75 guests and the top tier was taken home to celebrate their first anniversary.
By the Book
A rich fruit cake was made for this event. The book shaped cake was covered in white rolled fondant and trimmed with silver. The greetings were coloured in silver and sprayes of frangipani adorned both pages of the book. A silk white ribbon was used for the page divider and a matching silver cake board was used.

Spanish Dreams Wedding Cake
A two red chocolate mud cake covered in rolled fondant and decorated with chocolate cornelli designed icing trimmed with shell piping. Adorned with red sugarcrafted roses. This was made for approxiately 50 guests but can be made to suit any sized party.

One tiered heart shaped wedding cake or anniversary cake covered in white chocolate fondant and decorated in pastillage.

This wedding cake is a simple wedding cake made originally for a mature Bride and Groom. Great for a small wedding reception.
